Not a classic cheeseburger, but a gut-feeling kind of one. Instead of the classic cheddar I put buffalo mozzarella on the patty. This gives the burger a truly unique flavor. Depending on what I’m in the mood for, the burger is topped quite differently. But in any case it should not be missing lettuce, tomato and onions.
