Do you need the right start to the day? How about this delicious and totally refreshing mango kiwi lassi? You can vary the amount. Are you more the mango type? Then just have some more mango. Are you more into kiwi? Then it can be a bit more of the kiwi for you.

A fruity fresh lassi made from mango and kiwi
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 2 kiwis
- 200 g yogurt
- 2 - 3 tbsp milk, depending on the desired consistency
Instructions
Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the core. Also peel the kiwi.
Blend the mango and kiwi with a hand blender or stand mixer. Add the yoghurt and milk and mix again.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Tips
When the milk and yoghurt come out of the fridge, you can enjoy the lassi ice-cold.
